N & M: Old Hollywood + Man in Uniform = Love

This is a love story worthy of a Hollywood script. Mike and Nichelle absolutely glow in each others' presence. Absolutely adorable. For this wedding and reception I chose to feature some of the more candid shots because I truly adore the way that M & N look at each other when they thought that no one was watching! Love it. I have known Nichelle from the day that she was born and to see her swept off of her feet by her Prince Charming means the world to me!

The W Family: Simply Playful

It was a special treat to take the family photos of an old friend. I hadn't seen Carly in ten years so it was amazing to catch up with her and be able to get to know her sweet family during this session. They are not only a beautiful family, they also know how to have fun together. It was a treat to see such a warm loving family, they made it so easy to find special moments in their day!

K & B: The magical flying bride & groom

It is not every wedding reception that you'll find a bride that will drag her groom onto a trampoline for some high flying fun! But that's really no surprise for such an outdoorsy active couple! Congratulations Kristen and Bob :)Thank you for allowing me to capture such precious moments in your new life together.

Beautiful Swamp

I find beauty in a lot of things that others may find repulsive. I see an old rusted out car, a pile of broken objects or any assortment of otherwise discarded items and I become visually enraptured. So, on my trip to Florida I was thrilled to find many swamps, lakes and black-water ponds. Even the gators we encountered had me awestruck. So here is a bit of the beauty that I found in these unlikely places. :)

Cannon Riders Club

These ladies and gents know how to have a good time! Getting out and shooting their romp around the track made for a day of entertainment—and a newfound addiction for my four year old! ATVs are fun for all ages and experiences and it was sure enjoyable to let the riders show their stuff. Enjoy :)

Daneh is Graduating!

 

We had a blast on this ‘guerilla' style shoot. We did some roaming about and looking for settings that would enhance our images since the sky wasn’t cooperating! Daneh is a doll, I’m so grateful for her contributions to this shoot, her personality really shines in her images. I see big things in her future!
